Social Media Specialist:

Role Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Work alongside AB Account Managers as well as clients directly
  • Work to create a strong social media strategy and presence for clients 
  • Curate content, write captions, post content, and engage with clients’ audiences on social media
  • Create a brand experience for the clients’ audience through copywriting, engagement, content planning
  • Communicating with AB’s content team as needed for client content creation
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices to proactively strategize content
  • Contribute creative ideas specific to clients 
  • Help monitor account performance and growth 
  • Above all, provide an exceptional client experience both in terms of quality and expertise, as well as customer service. 

Qualities and Requirements:

  • Availability Requirements
    • This role is not full time 9-5pm behind a desk, however this is a fast paced environment and client facing role, so quick responsiveness and accessibility throughout normal business hours is a must
      • In office work not required all 5 days M-F. Availability to work in the office on Monday’s from 9:30-2:30pm for team meetings is preferred. 
    • Availability to participate in recurring zoom meetings on Wednesdays between 11:30am and 4:00pm
      • Marketing Team zoom meeting every Wednesday at 11:30am (subject to change) followed by a 30 minute 1 on 1 zoom meeting with the marketing manager (time blocks between 12pm and 4pm)
    • Local North Jersey area travel may be required to be present at the office, attend meetings, or client shoot sessions

    • Must have strong time management skills, we highly value punctuality
    • Must have strong organizational skills to handle multiple moving parts within the organization

Other Skills and experience

    • Experience with platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
    • Familiarity with software and applications such as Google Drive, Slack, Loomly, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut, and InShot are preferred but not mandatory
    • Previous experience is preferred but not required
