Administrative Assistant:

Role Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Scheduling team and client meetings, client shoot sessions, Zoom calls, and other team and client facing functions as needed
  • Assist with facilitating communication between appropriate departments within ABMG as well as between clients when necessary on behalf/at the direction of Management
  • Assist with creating and sending basic payment receipts for Accounting for clients
  • Inventory planning and procurement – assisting with gathering necessary materials such as props for client shoots when necessary, preparing client welcome gifts for ABMG onboarding and business development, as well as supplies for the ABMG office in order to ensure we’re providing the best experience for our team and clients
  • As you begin to learn the nuances and details of various client needs and relationships, contribute bigger picture marketing ideas and strategy when appropriate
  • Attend client meetings and shoots with Abed or Management as needed  

Qualities and Requirements:

  • Availability Requirements
    • Available Monday-Friday throughout business hours, occasionally light follow ups and scheduling on Saturday mornings 
    • This role is not full time 9-5pm behind a desk, however this is a fast paced environment so quick responsiveness and accessibility is a must
    • In office work not required all 5 days M-F. Must be available to work in the office Monday’s and Friday’s from 9:30-2:30pm. Monday’s and Friday’s are some of the busiest days for the management team which you will be working closely with
    • Local North Jersey area travel may be required to attend meetings or client shoot sessions

  • This is a full time W2 position, paid hourly at an introductory rate of $20/hr throughout a 90 day probationary period.
