Our 5 Step Production Process

1: Onboarding

We understand the importance of a strong working relationship, and impactful communication. We commit time to give our full focus to these collaborative interactions, both with our clients, and during internal ABMG team meetings for productions. At this time, we'll introduce you to the key players involved in your project, cover expectations and timelines, as well as next steps for the process.

2: Pre-Production

Pre-production is a crucial step of the process, helping to ensure we are all aligned on the goals and vision of the project, and have all of the back end planning, strategy, creative concepts, project management, etc in place for a smooth and impactful project. Depending on project scope, pre production steps may include: Pre Production Calls, Creative Ideation/Concept Development, Creative Direction, Scripting/Outlines, Talent/Model Acquisition, Location Scouting, Exchange of Assets (brand guides, logo packs, verbiage, etc from Client)

3: On Site Production

Partial, Half, or Full production Days available depending on the needs of the project. At this time, you can sit back and enjoy the show, and watch as our well prepared team brings the vision to life.

4: Post Production Editing

Our team will prepare first drafts based on the concepts and briefs from pre production, as well as any on the spot additions or changes from production day. Once your drafts are prepared, we'll send them over for your review, and schedule a time for feedback and revisions.

5: Revisions and Finalization

Although we strive to achieve a near perfect outcome on the first round, revisions and optimizations are part of the creative process. Especially when working on something so important to your brand and business. 2 rounds of revisions are included in most of our production packages, with additional revisions billed hourly.
