  • Availability Requirements
    • This role is not full time 9-5pm behind a desk, however this is a fast paced environment so quick responsiveness and accessibility is a must
    • North/Central Jersey area travel may be required to attend meetings, networking opportunities, etc. 

Role Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Prospecting, compiling, outreach, and qualifying leads – this is a metrics driven role as sales is a numbers game. Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly targets must be met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of AB Marketing Group’s service offerings, strengths, competitive advantages, and value proposition for effective sales and networking presentations
  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach efforts to prospects
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
  • Manage and work through all phases of the sales cycle:
    • Schedule discovery meetings, attend discovery meetings/calls, compile proposals with Management, and close deals
