Our monthly retainer clients receive first-priority access to our schedule. After a deposit, remaining production dates are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. The more notice you provide, the better we can plan. Based on availability, we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests in under two weeks.

Pre-production is mandatory for every production to ensure a smooth and successful shoot. The timeline varies depending on the complexity of your project. For simpler productions, such as 2-hour shoots, pre-production may only require 1-2 meetings to align creative direction and finalize logistics. For larger-scale productions involving developed concepts, models, location scouting, or multiple deliverables, 2-3 meetings and additional planning time are necessary.   

If you need to reschedule your shoot, we require at least 48-72 hours’ notice to adjust our schedule. We recommend setting up a rain date in advance to secure your spot. Rescheduling is handled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so having a backup date ensures minimal disruption to your plans. Let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

We’ll confirm all final details and logistics with you 48 hours in advance. On production day, our team will arrive 1 hour before the scheduled time to set up equipment and ensure everything is ready to go. With our creative team, professional gear, and preparation in place, it’s time to bring your vision to life and enjoy the creative process!

Turnaround times depend on the complexity and volume of your project. For most clients, initial content delivery begins within 2 weeks of the production date. Bulk deliverables may be sent in batches for efficiency. For monthly retainer clients, content is typically delivered within 1 week for a steady flow of high-quality materials.

Each piece of content undergoes an internal approval process. Our Project Manager reviews it for quality and your brand goals. If revisions are needed, they gather your feedback and communicate it to the editor. The Project Manager ensures all adjustments are made to your satisfaction. This process guarantees the final content meets your expectations.

We offer product photography, team headshots, branding photography, and event coverage. We also provide inventory photos for retail and Google Business Profile updates. Our goal is to deliver high-quality visuals that reflect your brand.

Yes, we offer on-site photography services for your convenience. Our photography crew can come to your office, store, or event venue with all the required equipment. On-location shoots help capture authentic and dynamic visuals.
